LOUD closed out the VALORANT Champions 2026 grand final on Vitality's own map pick on Sunday, taking Haven 13-10 to win the best-of-five series 3-1 and leave Abyss, the decider, unplayed.
Team Vitality had levelled the series on Lotus but trailed 2-1 after Sunset, which made Haven the map it needed to force a fifth. LOUD did not allow it, and tkzin is the reason the numbers lean so far one way. He finished as the ValoInfo MVP with a 9.60 rating and 251 ACS, 46 clear of Vitality's best, Sayonara (205). Reports describe the win as LOUD's second Champions title, four years on from Istanbul, and say no organization had previously won the event twice.
LOUD's two picks held, and Vitality's Haven did not
The veto set the shape of the series. LOUD picked Summit and Sunset, Vitality picked Lotus and Haven, and Abyss sat in reserve as the decider. Each side won the first of its own picks. LOUD edged Summit 13-11, then Vitality answered on Lotus with a 13-8 win that turned out to be its only map of the series.
Sunset was the one lopsided map. LOUD took it 13-5, an eight-round gap that gave Vitality its lowest round count of the four maps and put LOUD 2-1 up. That made Haven a must-win for Vitality on its own pick, and LOUD still finished it 13-10 in 23 rounds. Across the four maps LOUD won 47 of 86 rounds to Vitality's 39, and the entire eight-round difference comes from Sunset. Remove that map and the other three split 34-34.
tkzin's opening duels and erde's playmaking set LOUD apart
tkzin's line explains the series better than any single map. He led all ten players in ACS (251), kills (77, 14 more than the next-best on either team) and first kills (18). His 64% KAST was the lowest on LOUD's roster, which reads as a player taking first contact and paying for some of it. Ten first deaths against 18 first kills still left him at +8 in opening duels.
erde, the in-game leader, went the other way. He lost 14 opening duels and won seven, the most first deaths of any player in the final. He still finished +10 on kills with a series-high 31 assists and 72% KAST. Together with DaviH (29) and Darker (25), he accounted for 85 of LOUD's 113 assists, which suggests the follow-up and trades around first contact were working.
DaviH was the quietest of the five and arguably the steadiest. He had no first deaths across the series, three first kills, and 52 kills against 52 deaths. His 167 ACS was the lowest on the roster, yet his 8.80 rating ranked third behind tkzin and erde. Darker (54 kills, 72% KAST, 8.60) and lukxo (59 kills, 190 ACS, 7.50) completed a lineup in which four of the five finished at zero or better on kill differential.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| tkzin | 9.6 | 251 | 77 | 66 | 19 | +11 | 64% | 163 | 33% | 18 | 10 |
| erde | 9 | 222 | 66 | 56 | 31 | +10 | 72% | 152 | 32% | 7 | 14 |

Vitality had four near-equal scorers and no answer to 251
Vitality's top four players sat inside a 12-point ACS band: Sayonara 205, Chronicle 201, Derke 199 and Jamppi 193. Even the best of them trailed erde's 222 by 17 and tkzin by 46. Sayonara, flagged as Vitality's MVP in the match data, was the only player on his side with a positive kill differential (+4, on 63 kills). He shared an 8.50 rating with Chronicle, whose 134 ADR was the best on Vitality's roster.
Derke was Vitality's most active opening duelist, with 14 first kills against 11 first deaths and 63 kills, but he recorded only five assists, the lowest of the ten players. Jamppi's profile ran the other way. He lost 10 opening duels and won three, though his 24 assists and 67% KAST show he kept contributing after losing the first fight. PROFEK posted the weakest line of the series: a 6.50 rating, 158 ACS, 111 ADR and a -13 kill differential on 48 kills. His 70% KAST was still the highest on Vitality's side.
Team averages show how much of LOUD's edge sat in one player. LOUD's five averaged 201.6 ACS to Vitality's 191.2, but take tkzin out and LOUD's remaining four average 189.3, below Vitality's five-man figure.
Player | Rating | ACS | K | D | A | +/- | KAST | ADR | HS% | FK | FD |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sayonara | 8.5 | 205 | 63 | 59 | 20 | +4 | 66% | 129 | 36% | 10 | 10 |
| Chronicle | 8.5 | 201 | 56 | 62 | 19 | -6 | 62% | 134 | 26% | 11 | 9 |
| Derke | 7.8 | 199 | 63 | 65 | 5 | -2 | 62% | 125 | 22% | 14 | 11 |
| Jamppi | 7.8 | 193 | 58 | 61 | 24 | -3 | 67% | 123 | 23% | 3 | 10 |
| PROFEK | 6.5 | 158 | 48 | 61 | 21 | -13 | 70% | 111 | 38% | 2 | 6 |
Opening duels went 46-40 LOUD's way
Every round of the final produced a first kill, 86 in all, and LOUD won 46 of them to Vitality's 40. That +6 is smaller than the series' eight-round margin but points the same way: LOUD was more often the side a man up.
The chart splits that ledger by player. On LOUD's side, tkzin's +8, DaviH's +3 and Darker's +2 outweighed erde's -7. On Vitality's side, Derke's +3 and Chronicle's +2 could not cover Jamppi's -7 and PROFEK's -4.
First kills minus first deaths, by player
The kill ledger tells the same story. LOUD finished 20 kills ahead, and only one of its five players ended the series with a negative kill differential, Darker at -4. Four of Vitality's five did.
