Luiz "peacemaker" Tadeu, one of Brazil's most decorated coaches and a major finalist, says FURIA should make Aulon "Krabeni" Fazlija their number one target if the team needs a new in-game leader. He set out his case in a long-form article for Skin Club.

The discussion follows reports that Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo will retire at the end of the year. That retirement has not been officially confirmed.

Not official yet

FalleN's retirement has not been officially confirmed. Peacemaker's comments are a recommendation for a possible captaincy change, not a announced roster move.

Why Europe, and why not biguzera

Peacemaker argues that FURIA should invest in the best available talent regardless of the cultural barrier. In his view, modern tier-one Counter-Strike demands the strongest human material on the market.

That reasoning led him to rule out Rodrigo "biguzera" Bittencourt. He acknowledged biguzera as a great "system-builder" who has delivered consistency and a Major semi-final with a South American team. But he doubted biguzera would have the authority to impose his vision on an experienced squad like FURIA.

Krabeni as the "main target"

Peacemaker called Krabeni the "main target" and said his style fits FURIA's identity.

"[Krabeni] matches FURIA's inherent identity perfectly. That fast, vertical, high-octane CS that the fans love? Krabeni does exactly that, but anchors it with rigid European structural discipline."

He also named two pivot options:

  • Linus "LNZ" Holtäng, for his ability to adapt culturally
  • Jack "Gizmy" von Spreckelsen, for his in-game reading of opponents

The FalleN factor

Whoever takes over would inherit the captaincy from one of the scene's most decorated leaders. FalleN is a two-time Major winner who has played 19 Majors, and his most recent result came with FURIA at the IEM Cologne Major 2026, where they finished second.

What's next

FURIA have not commented on peacemaker's recommendations or on any captaincy change. Until FalleN's plans are confirmed, the IGL question stays open.
